This tutorial series is a great example of developing a futuristic, driver-oriented sports car interior built around a racing simulator. This is a great example of advanced, faceted surfacing built around a targeted user experience.

In this tutorial you'll see how automotive interiors can be quickly sketched out in 3D, using VR. This interior is built around the concept of a driver's cockpit, which wraps around the driver and provides absolute control.
In this tutorial I begin to add form & surface to my 3D interior sketch, starting with the main tub and headliner. A robust interior pillar section adds a great deal of realism under transparent glass.
The driver's cockpit is the center of every sports car interior. In this continuation of my Gravity Sketch demo series, I focus on designing the driver's seat, steering yoke and main display as a stationary virtual driving simulator, with an identical cockpit in a sleek, electric supercar. The concept is for virtual racers to compete against real drivers on live courses. Developed entirely in Gravity Sketch, this concept was designed directly in 3D using a full scale mannequin as a starting point, and only a few quick thumbnail sketches to guide me.
This concludes my video tutorial series on designing a futuristic, electric Corvette concept in Gravity Sketch. After designing the driver's cockpit and racing seat, I develop the remainder of the interior including the passenger seat, door trim, and exposed chassis structure bridging the strut towers.
